Kostas Mamalingkas, Chief Executive Officer

Kostas Mamalingkas is an experienced professional with a solid background in banking, covering both commercial and special asset management divisions. Throughout his career, he has specialized in guiding companies through complex financial transitions and restructurings. In addition, he has led large commercial teams and, in recent years, gained extensive insight into the world of start-ups and scale-ups in his role as Head of Investments. His passion for building (new) companies together with driven and passionate people has led him to make the transition to Auctivo.

Tjeerd van der Zee, Chief Opertations Officer

With many years of experience in insolvency services, Tjeerd van der Zee has developed into a seasoned specialist in the field of bankruptcy auctions. His expertise lies in operational execution, where he translates complex logistical and sales challenges into result-driven solutions. Within Auctivo, he combines strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and plays a key role in safeguarding the quality and effectiveness of our services.

Rob Meijer, Chief Commercial Officer

Rob Meijer has over 10 years of experience as an International Key Account Director and is specialized in online auctions of machinery, equipment, and business inventory. With his expertise, he supports both national and international clients in successfully organizing auctions. Rob knows exactly what it takes to smoothly manage complex sales processes, from the first contact to the final bid. Thanks to his strong market insight, customer-focused approach, and knowledge of digital sales methods, he creates value for both sellers and buyers.

How to start selling in an auction

Before the auction

  • Fill out the contact form, and our experts will get in touch with you within one business day.
  • If necessary, one of our auction advisors will visit you in person.
  • You will receive a clear auction plan along with an estimated revenue forecast.

During the auction

  • We take care of everything, from preparing the items to making photos and writing the descriptions.
  • We publish the auction on our platform and include your lots in our extensive marketing campaigns.
  • We take care off all the communication with buyers.
Start selling

After the auction

  • After the auction closes, the highest bidder will receive a payment request.
  • Once all  lots have been paid for, You will receive the total amount in your account
  • After payment, the lots will be collected by the highest bidders or a transport company during a scheduled 'pick-up day'
